Hospital unveils state-of-the-art scanner

Met Police learn about mental health issues

Following a damning report, a mental health trust has reduced risk to patients. The report revealed its failure to properly investigate suicides. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) said West London Mental Health NHS Trust (WLMHT) has made “significant improvements in risk management” but must still make further progress.
