Following the report in the Sentinel "9 patients made 128 trips to A&E in 90 days – 99 times by ambulance" How much is this problem down to the difficulty in getting doctors appointments?
1: You have to phone in at 8.30am just as you are either driving to work or taking children to school and then no more appointments avaiable.
2: Sorry next appointment is a week on Thursday
The Hospital have done great things to reduce the waiting times in A&E so can local surgeries or health centres also impact on the efficiancy of A&E
